Win Roy & H.G.'s Money was the short-lived satirical game show based on the American format called Win Ben Stein's Money as three contestants try to accumulate the most money from the hosts as possible for up to $5,000.
In the first two rounds, the players faced a game board of five categories. A player in control picked a category, and then a dollar amount was revealed behind it after which a question was read. The first player to buzz-in with a correct answer scored the hidden dollar amount; plus, that amount was taken away from hosts' total. After each question, a new category replaced the one chosen. When time was up in each round, the player with the lowest amount at the end of each round was eliminated from the game, and all the money he/she took was returned to the hosts & added back to their total.
Round one is made up of three contestants with the two survivors going to round two. In the second round, one of the hosts steps in as contestants acting as a "Speed Bump" to the other player picking up valuable cash. The player with the most money at the end of round two goes on to face one of the hosts for the rest of their money.
The winning contestant competes head to head with the contesting host in a 60 second showdown (under which up to 10 questions can be answered). The highest scorer at the end of the round is the winner. If one of the hosts won, then the contestant took home just the money he/she won from the game and if the winning contestant managed to win, he/she won the remaining money.
